Hey I’m Jade, the creator of JC Hair Design.
I have been in this industry since 2004 and I made the leap and opened my doors to my very own co working salon in June 2023.
After being employed for 17 years, I wanted to work for myself, to give myself freedom and flexibility within my job role.
I decided to work for myself, within a family salon from 2021-2023, although I knew I wanted my own space, this was a great stepping stone for me. I grew so much in the time I was here, but still continued to search for somewhere I could call my own, and with lots of looking around to find the perfect space, and create the perfect salon concept, in 2023 JC Hair Design was born.
I decided I wanted to develop a beautiful co working space for individuals to thrive and grow on their own term - giving everyone that perfect work life balance, and in a beautiful aesthetically pleasing environment.
There wasn’t anywhere quite like what my vision was. I wanted to make a movement, and change the way freelance professionals work by opening this niche salon space.
The space gives freelancers the chance to still have that working team, but in a beautiful salon where stylists can enjoy working together with other passionate stylists.
I love the space I have created, and now working alongside other passionate people it makes me love coming to work even more enjoyable.
I have wanted to make it my my mission to make sure that stylists feel valued, and can thrive to their full potential. The salon gives you the opportunity to work with full control over your own bookings, so you can work at your own pace, and start enjoying a more relaxed salon life.
I work in the salon Monday to Friday and then offer a luxury service to brides on location to give them that perfect style on their big day!
I have one employee- my sister, Hayley, and I am honestly so happy and proud to have her by my side. Then the rest of the team each run their own businesses, all under one roof.
I have indeed created the perfect space, not just for me, but for everyone else that works along side me.
I've been getting my hair done by Jade and Hayley for over a year now, and I can confidently say they are the best hair stylists I've ever encountered. Both Jade and Hayley take the time to truly listen to what you want, ensuring every visit is tailored perfectly to your needs. The salon itself is absolutely stunning, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes each appointment a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and looking my best. I can't wait to come back for another treatment!
